Most cooked foods are cooked with soybean oil because it makes cooking faster but also it is nutritional.
Soybean plant is known for its useful nutrition. It is mostly used to make soybean milk.
Soybean consists of 20% oil dry seed. The oil we extract from soybean is unsaturated, PUFA (Polyunsaturated fatty acids) 60.8%, MUFA (Monounsaturated fatty acids) 24.5%, and SAFA (Saturated fatty acids)15.1%. PUFA is needed by our body, which it cannot create. If we lack of PUFA,skin can degrade and a hormone imbalance could occur. Therefore soybean is a necessity to our body. Furthermore, it provides energy to our bodies 9 Kg. calories or 120Kg. Calories per tablespoon (14g) and it also consists of 84% of unsaturated fat and Linoleic acid, which are necessary to enhance our memory,give healthy skin and heart. Soybean oil cannot endure high temperatures for a long time. It is more suitable to cook by frying because not much oil is needed and it can absorb the oil in the food to help our body get more nutrition.
