Deep Fried Duck Breasts with Santa Sauce  
  Ingredients  
  Duck breasts
Chicken seasoning powder
Seasoning sauce and plain condensed milk
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) palm oil for deep frying
Crispy fried kale
Crispy Fried Rice Vermicelli and fresh vegetable for decoration

300 grams
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon


 


Procedure

Marinade duck breasts with all seasoning ingredients and plain condensed milk; let it stand for 15 minutes. In the deep saucepan, heat the Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) palm oil to very hot and deep fry the duck breasts. Drain the oil and put the cooked duck breasts on the dish. Top with Santa sauce and decorate with Crispy kale, Fried Rice Vermicelli and fresh vegetable.

Santa Sauce
Ingredients
Finely chopped big onions 50 grams
Chicken seasoning powder 1 teaspoon
Granulated salt 1/8 teaspoon
Lime juice 2 tablespoons
Plain condensed milk 1/4 cup
Food dyed (yellow lemon color) 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose wheat flour 1 teaspoon
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil

Procedure

Heat Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil until hot. Put the big onions into the hot oil until cooked. Add plain condensed milk, lime juice, food dyed and all other ingredients. Stir-fry until it is well mixed. Then add all purpose wheat flour and stir until it thickens. Prepare topping for deep fried duck breasts.
