Banana Bread  
  Ingredients  
  Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil
Wheat flour
Baking Soda
Granulated salt
Sugar
Egg
Finely ground banana
Vinegar
Plain condensed milk
Peel sunflower seed for topping

Procedure

Sift wheat flour together with baking soda and granulated salt. Add finely ground banana, sugar, egg and Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil in the sifted flour. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add plain condensed milk that is already with vinegar. Stir until they are well mixed. Pour the mixture in the mold and top with sunflower seed. Put in the baking oven at 350 Fahrenheit until it is cooked.
