Streamed Pomegranate fish with garlic  
  Ingredient  
  Peregrinate fish (full body) weighted
Granulated alt
Peeled garlic
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil for topping
Spicy sauce
Soft boiled cavilla fruit
Goat pepper for decoration

Spicy sauce
Chopped garlic, chopped bird chili and sugar
Lime juice
Granulated salt
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil

Procedure
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Prepare for topping on steamed fish.

Procedure

Apply granulated salt thinly throughout the fish. Put it in the steamed container. Pour some Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil on the fish and put peeled garlic around the fish. Steam it in boiled water for 20 minutes or until it is cooked. Pour the spicy sauce on the fish. Decorate with goat chili. Serve with soft boiled cavilla fruit.
