Roasted Sea Crab with Black Pepper  
  Ingredients  
  Cleaned sea crabs
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) palm oil
Chopped parsley
Chinese whisky
Ground Black pepper, adult ginger, chopped garlic, Chopped bird chili and granulated salt
Sugar

Procedure

Heat Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) palm oil. Deep fry the Sea crabs until they are cooked and dip up. Use the same pan, add black pepper, chopped adult ginger and the rest of the ingredients. Stir-fry until it smells good. Add fried Sea crab and Chinese whisky. Add granulated salt and sugar as required. Stir-fry until they are mixed thoroughly and cooked. Serve with vegetables.
