Lobster Salad

  Lobster
Salad vegetables (Lettuce, Curly Chicory, Watercress, Radish sliced, Big onions sliced, tomato sliced and cooked Garden pea)

Vinaigrette

Scallop
Granulated pepper
White soy sauce
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil
Green onion cut in length, chopped ginger and red goat chili for topping
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower for topping and vegetables for decoration

Procedure

Mix granulated pepper with white soy sauce, Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil and sugar until it is mixed well. Add scallop and mix sauce. Steam in boiled water for 5 minutes or until it is cooked. The boiled sauce is left from mixing with scallop and left to stand. Spread chopped ginger and green onions on scallop and drop the boiled sauce on the scallop. And ready to serve. Before serving, heat the oil to very hot and pour on the scallop, topping with red goat chili.
