Sweet and Sour Fried Vegetarian Sausage  
Ingredients  
  Vegetarian sausage with bevel at the head
Vinegar, pineapple, carrot, imported chili and tomato diced
Ketchup
Sigar and sesame oil
Granulated peppers
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil
10 pieces


2 tablespoons each
1/4 cups
1 tablespoon each
1 tablespoon
 
Procedure

Heat Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil to hot. Add vegetarian sausage and stir-fry until it smells good. Add the rest of the ingredients and seasoning to stir-fry with very hot oil until it is cooked.
