Stir-fry 3 companion mushroom  
  Ingredient  
  Shitake mushroom, Golden needle mushroom, abalone mushroom
Grassy naiad (overnight soaked)
Asparagus
Baby corn and carrot
Finely copped adult ginger
Shitake mushroom sauce
Soup base
Soybean sauce, granulated pepper and sugar
Corn flour and water to dissolve
Sesame oil
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil

Procedure

Soft boiled the mushroom and all other ingredients until they are cooked. Put them on a dish. Heat Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) sunflower oil. Add adult ginger to stir-fry until it smells good. Pour the soup base and add all seasonings. Add corn flour solution with water and stir-fry until it thickens as required. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens more and pour on the prepared vegetable and mushroom dish.
