  Ingredients  
  Soaked, finely chopped Soya protein
Tofu, boiled bamboo shoot, imported chili and diced carrot
Fresh Shitake mushroom, cut in small pieces
Garden pea
Shitake mushroom sauce

Clear soy sauce and sesame oil
Sugar and granulated pepper
Finely chopped preserved radish
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil for stir-fry

Procedure

Pour Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil in the pan. Add preserved radish and stir-fry until it smells good. Add in all other ingredients and seasoning until it is cooked. Serve with vegetables.
