Flower Kra-tong Cake

  Wheat flour
Baking soda
Salt
Vanilla powder
Margarine
Sugar
Eggs
Evaporated milk
Sweet odor
Icing for decoration

280 grams
4 eggs
200 grams
1 teaspoon
 
Procedure

Flourish the wheat flour with baking soda, slat, and vanilla powder until well mixed. Mix the margarine and sugar together, whip by beating the paddle at regular speed until the mixture is swelled up then add an egg one at a time. When it is well mixed decrease the speed of the whip. Put the mixture altogether, follow by evaporated milk and sweet odor, mix everything together. Then put the mixture into a cup shape 3/4 of the mold and bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until well done. When it had cool down, decorate it by icing.
