Christmas Doughnut

  Bread wheat flour
Cake wheat flour
Instant fried yeast
Dobrim additive
Milk powder
Sugar
Salt
Vanilla powder
Eggs
Cool water
Margarine
Palm oil for frying
Icing for decoration
Fruit jam

Procedure

Mix the wheat flour, instant dried yeast, Dobrim additive, milk powder, sugar, salt, vanilla powder altogether. Then add eggs and cool water. Thresh roughly well. Add margarine and thresh again for another 10-15 minutes or until smooth blended. Flatten it to about 1 cm. thick sheet and using a mold, press to favorite shape. Then place on a light powdery tray and leave for 1 1/2 hour or until blow twice. After that, fry in palm oil until there is a golden brown color on both sides. Leaving the excess oil behind, decorate with icing and jam before serving.
