Procedure
Smear white butter cream all over the sponge cake and decorate
with white and red butter cream at the rim. Put the ice cream
on top and decorate as the clown face, sprinkled with color
coated chocolate tablet.

Procedure
Melt the powdered sugar and salt with hot water. Whip the
white butter by whipping pedal at medium speed for 10-15 minutes.
Add the prepared ingredients and whip for 10-15 minutes, add
rum liquor and mix well, then separate and mix with food coloring. |
