Strawberry Cake

  8" Sponge cake
Colorful butter cream
 
 
Procedure

Smear white butter cream all over the sponge cake and decorate with green butter cream at the base. Decorate with red butter cream as ribbon and strawberry at the top, squeeze green butter ream as strawberry leaves, then using white butter to make the spots on the strawberry.

Margarine
Powdered Sugar
Salt
Vanilla powder
Hot water
Rum liquor
Food coloring

Procedure

Melt powdered sugar and salt with hot water. Whip the white butter by whipping pedal at medium speed for 10-15 minutes. Add the prepared ingredients and whip for 10-15 minutes, add rum liquor and mix well, then separate and mix with food coloring.
