Fried Artificial Shark Fins  
  Ingredients  
  Soaked vermicelli, cut in length
Soaked Shitake mushroom, thinly cut
Finely chopped dry plate tofu
Finely chopped preserved radish
Bean sprouts
Shitake mushroom seasoning sauce
Sesame oil
Soy sauce, sugar and granulated pepper
Morakot (i.e. Emerald brand) soybean oil for stir-fry
Celery and red chili for topping

Procedure

Heat the oil until it is hot, stir-fry preserved radish until it smells. Add dry plate tofu, the rest of the ingredients and seasonings. Stir-fry until it is cooked. Serve with celery and red chili.
